A port belongs to the transport, not the namespace, and a signed proof goes only to a destination the caller named.
22 tests in 2 files (22 in npm test, plus a separate characterization script). Source: Typescript/tests/
name.space and name.space:8080 are one namespace and two transports; a contradicting port is a conflict and nothing is sent; with no destination declared a signed proof is refused, and a page location alone never authorizes one.
Pins what the code did with a port before the change. It is not part of npm test, and 4 of its 7 checks fail today because that behavior was changed on purpose.
