What is this?

Port of Veracruz on the real .me kernel: ships, train, 500 trucks (400 heavy + 100 last-mile, 1,000 example trips) and stocks are facts; totals, averages and flags are kernel formulas. OSM is just the map.

fact

A value you write — me.cargo.coffee(100000). It never computes itself.

rule / derived

A kernel = formula — importRemaining = ships[1].remainingTons + ships[2].remainingTons + ships[3].remainingTons.

mutation

Each animation tick the traffic adapter flushes its batch: one real kernel write per changed fact. Each write recomputes only its dependents.

k

How many derived paths the kernel recomputed for a write (its affected set) — read from the kernel, not counted by the UI.

explain

me.explain(path): expression, inputs with values, and the write (sourcePath) that last recomputed it.
