CLI release for expression-bound identity proofs.

- Added `me ... about <expression>` as readable sugar for binding the active
  `.me` expression in a single CLI invocation.
- Added `me ... about <expression> prove <root-namespace> [challenge]` so a
  proof can be generated from an explicit subject/context phrase without
  replacing the underlying identity seed.
- Added CLI contracts for context reporting, expression-scoped proofs, and
  missing-expression failures.
- Documented quoting requirements for expressions containing shell operators
  such as `>`.

No kernel semantics changed in this release.

Documentation release for the Rust crate.

- Expanded the docs.rs front page with API-oriented examples.
- Added explicit guidance for `Kernel`, `KernelRuntime`, storage, operators,
  lazy derivations, secret scopes, wrapped audiences, identity proofs, and host

- Added this changelog and linked it from the Rust manual docs.

- Replaced lazy-mode subscriber walks at mutation time with source path versions
  and stale-on-read checks.
- Preserved the existing lazy contract: writes emit the source event, and
  recomputes happen when `read_fresh()` runs.
